Lumina Elvehjem is of demi-otherworldly origins and supernatural talent, and a long-time resident of Steelhead. She has a shop on the Steelhead City waterfront where she sells her silks, hats, buildings and jewelry designs. She designed the Steelhead Public Gardens as well.
She is known for her eyecatching fashion sense, her wit and her service to her community - her most recent offering is creation of the award trophy for the winner of the 'Name the Library' contest of February, 2008.
She currently holds a position as a Steelhead Councillor.
